Amy Malia brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic background to her role as a real estate professional with Carl Guild & Associates. Born and raised in Connecticut, Amy is a proud graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she also earned her commission as a signal communications officer in the Army National Guard. She served six years in both the Connecticut and Georgia Guard, completing her service as a captain.

After spending 27 years in Metro Atlanta honing her skills in real estate and software technology, Amy returned to Connecticut in 2021 to be closer to her family. Now residing in Willington, she is thrilled to reestablish her career in real estate in her home state, focusing on Tolland, Windham, and Hartford counties.

With over a decade of experience as a full-time licensed Realtor in Metro Atlanta, Amy has worked with a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, luxury homebuyers, investors, and those navigating relocation. Her expertise spans buying, selling, new construction, and bank-owned properties. Additionally, Amy has a background as a loan officer and has led home-buying seminars, equipping her with a unique perspective to guide her clients through every step of the process.

Outside of work, Amy is a proud Navy mom to her daughter and a devoted dog mom to her brother’s two pups. She enjoys walking her lemon beagle, Dixie, connecting with neighbors, and spending time with friends and family. Amy is also active in her community, supporting the Connecticut Humane Society, participating in local historical and conservation groups, and volunteering through her church.
