Chelsea Baczek

Chelsea's ultimate goal as a Real Estate Agent is to make the home buying and selling process as easy and comfortable as possible for her clients. When you choose Chelsea as your Realtor® you can expect honesty, and prompt communication throughout your entire experience!

Chelsea also works as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization that supports adult foster care homes throughout Connecticut. This role requires her to explore various towns and their surrounding features, as well as understand what to look for in a home regarding safety features and physical features that could potentially be problematic.

Chelsea grew up in Durham, Connecticut, and currently resides in East Hampton, Connecticut, with her husband and two young boys. She has always had a passion for helping others. This, combined with her experience as a Program Coordinator, makes her an ideal real estate agent dedicated to helping her clients find their dream homes.

In addition to her work in real estate, Chelsea plays in a volleyball league, enjoys traveling, and stays actively involved in her children's sports and extracurricular activities.

Chelsea transferred to the CGA brokerage in January of 2023. "I was looking for a brokerage that could help me take my real estate career to the next level," said Chelsea.
