Santo Buccheri’s passion for real estate stems from a genuine desire to guide others through one of the most significant decisions of their lives: finding a place to call home. Born and raised in Wethersfield, Connecticut, Santo now resides in Manchester with his fiancé Emma and their two “kids”—Dixon, a lovable dog, and Betty, their sweet cat.

Santo’s journey into real estate was inspired by his own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Despite the stress and confusion of the process, his agent made him feel supported and at ease, sparking his desire to create that same positive experience for others. Santo’s natural ability to connect with people, his friendly demeanor, and his commitment to understanding his clients’ unique needs make him an ideal advocate for anyone navigating the real estate market.

With a deep love for Connecticut, Santo is committed to serving clients across the state. Outside of real estate, Santo enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending quality time outdoors with his family. A devoted sports fan, he can often be found cheering for his favorite football and baseball teams. He also values time spent with his younger brother and father, bonding over their shared love of the great outdoors.
